I am running 20mm Front and rear over fenders. I am about to buy some wheels and want to know what offset i should get to make it flush with the out side of the fender. I am going to run a 17 x 8.5 wheel. Just want to know what the guys running wider fenders are using.

Those wheels are weak in width to fit that much fender. Seriously.

What tire sizes are you planning on running, and what camber setting?

I am not really sure yet thats why i asked and was trying to get an idea of what other people were running.

17x9 0 and 17x9.5 +12
-2.5 camber
235/40/17 on those wheels.
20some mm origin fenders
