I need a diagnosis Zilvian doctors

I've had this retched sound coming from what seemed to be my exhaust for the past few weeks, and I have no clue what is or has caused it. I finally got fed up with it and got video/audio. Its and low rpm when i'm driving that its just there, and I have no clue wtf it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I didn't listen to your link, but from what you described, it sound like your exhaust is tapping against your swaybar.

that could very well be it, I'm having the catback and header put in tomorrow, so I guess I'll find out with that. I really appreciate this, it takes a load off of my mind, but any other opinions would also be welcome. Again, thank you.

I couldn't get the vid to play, I tried at work and at home. But if the noise is not from the motor than i would say exahst hangers or loose flanges. You should know when you do the exaust sunday!!

It sounds like a rattle. Maybe it's not bolted up tight enough to the manifold. But in the video you aren't moving therefore the only vibration would be from the engine. And the noise only seems to come when you lay off the gas. I'm not sure what that noise is, but from what i got from the video, the noise only happens on deceleration, and sounds like something is rattling around in the muffler.
