Hey guys,

So my car has failed smog and I would like it to pass legitamitely, I have no engine codes from the ECU but I have failed 4 OBDII tests (Oxygen which was replaced Evap EGR and Cat). Anyone know of a good (cheap) shop I can take it to that won't screw me over? Moldy recommended to me a shop in hillcrest but I was wondering if there was anyone else you guys would recommend, the further south the btter as I live downtown. And if you have any ideas for what I should mess around with shoot em my way I have changed the plugs, oil, oxygen sensor, and seafoamed the car (both oil and gas) to no avail. This is on a 96 240.
