Ok My name is Andrew I go by Drew, I have been in the drift game and 240s for about 8 years total. I am an electrician by trade and mechanicaly inclined and can perform most any repair myself, I started drifting in Japan and carried it to my last base in NJ where I put my own car together and met a lot of good people in the "drift" scene. I would like to carry it with me here in Bakersfield because its what I love to do. So if you need anything PM me and I will do my best to help.

I have a couple of people already interested but would like all of you to know that I am certian I can rent out the skid pad at Buttonwillow Raceway for 500$ for a full day, so I would like to get a group of people together (the more the less per person up to 10) to start going once a month to practice gymkhana/ drifting. I will have further info tomorrow on exact details but so far 4 people including myself will be participating. So If you are interested in getting out and drifting (legally) PM me. Spectators welcomed as well

I will also be keeping a "Bakersfield Hook up thread" updated with any helpful info to help out the drifting community of bakersfield. So bookmark and check up if you are interested.

Ok Here are the specifics... 12 DRIVERS allowed. its going to be 45$ ea. and there will be a track entrance fee of 10$. Its on the skid pad at button willow.

The event is paid for.

but I will need a down payment via paypal or cash in hand by wed The 19th

down payment is 45$ set date is the 23rd. If I cant get the full ammount on the list then either the cost will go up or the event will have to be moved

I will be at camino real tomorrow with a sign up list and Possibly Alejandro sponsering the event so still more to come.

I know people want to go drift. You dont have to even know how. I can give basic instructions for first timers. Or can ride along with me.

hey i talked to justin at havoc and he MIGHT be able to come down with his drift g35 if its done by then, they gotta put the cage in still among other things... but i let him know bout it so hopefully he comes

If anyone else wants to go still PM me and bring your car if you are going to watch because there is going to be a reserve list, so if someone breaks or has to leave, the people that let me know first will have a chance to get a pro rated fee (paid to person who paid for that spot)and get to take their place.

Ok I will be starting to take payments for the next meet SEP 20 @ Buttonwillow Raceway

The cost is 60$ this time around because the first one was a trial. Everything went well and I am asking for the extra money as a donation to start an actual organized event. So PM me if you are interested. We will also be recording the entire event so you will be able to catch yourself in action.
