Sacramento/Davis Kart Tracks.

Recently I have seen more and more Kart tracks being used for drifting. One because it seems cheaper and looks a little more technical, and two, there seems to be quite a few just laying around.

But us Nor-Cal-ers know that there are only two spots to drift at; 99 Drift, and Thunderhill. What I have read about 99 Drift is that you have to wear a suit now and have a fire extinguisher as well. Most of us are drifters, and do this for fun and MOST don't take it to the level of seriousness, because drifting is just drifting.

Now to my point. There are two kart tracks around the Sacramento are, and I know there are a lot of drifters in Sacramento, but in hiding. And where I stay at now I see a lot of 240's and more 240's.

There is PRAIRIE CITY SVRA KART CLUB in Rancho Cordova, but I just found that out today. Anybody have details about it?

The second one is Blue Max Kart Club, between Davis and Woodland. I have driven by it a few times, but the width of the track doesn't look to wide. I never been up close o it though, only from the country road.

Davis Blue Max Kart Club

I think it would be fun to at least try to talk to the track owners/operators to at least get a trial run. I for one, wouldn't not know where to start or how to approach things. If anyone is willing to try, that would be great. This was just idea up in the air I felt like I wanted to get out.
