Boostin on you

I was given a s14 project car from my friend since hes going to be shipped out in a few days. I want to surprise him next time he's on leave so I plan on taking it under my wing and finishing it. its gutted, no bumpers, headlights etc. Im trying to fire up his ka, but it won't budge. I know it runs because he told me it fired up previously 2 months ago but after he replaced starter/alternator/distribturor things went down hill.

It has fuel

it has no spark to the 4th cylinder since I caught it misfiring

some of the intake hoses are loose from what I felt

Its a high mileage 180k dohc ka. I plan on swapping but I want to finish the paint/inside before I do it so I wanna get this fired up so I can drive it to my garage.

I have my own booth/guns/gas compressors.
I can shave/cover holes for you, paint your car if you provide paint etc, pull dents/fill, fixed warped fiberglass/polyeurathane.
