Come one! Come all! If you like cars, video game, good people, Denny's, and
nerdy fun, then this meet is just for you! it's every Monday at Nickel Nickel in
Huntington beach right off the 405 freeway. The meet starts at 8pm then
Denny's at 11pm. The game's that are mostly played are...

- Initial D Arcade Stage 4
- Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3
- Dance Dance Revolution Super Nova 2
- Battle Gear 2
- Capcom VS SNK
- X-man VS Street Fighter
- Para Para Paradise
- Metal Slug 6
- Tekken 5
- Mrs. Pacman
- Air Hockey

... Those are the best games there... not a hole lot.

I never been to Nickel Nickel is it really a nickel to play games there? I used to hit up arcades at the malls when I was a kid.

yep... all for nickel(s)... but they get you with entrance fee.

damn nickel nickel still exists....i use to play at that place all the time at the san diego location....won crazy amount of tickets from that bowling game...where you slide your nickel and had to hit a pin...100 tickets all the time

Ya, They do have free games but there ether not working or broken. It's only $1.95 to get in.

Trust me Z33dori, It's hard to find good arcades here plus this one's not so good, it just has Initial D Ver4 and Maximum Tune 3 for 9 nickels. So you can't beat that.

arcades arent as big as they use to be, with the evolution of gaming systems and online play...people just dont crave it that much anymore...reason why so many arcades have shut down in the west coast...grand theft online for ps3 now wouldnt that be interesting...anyways good luck and have fun

Nickle Nickle is open til 11pm. Closest canyon would be..well, I'd rather not state online :P

Ya, bummer trend that arcades aren't doing that well. But no cheaper way to get the full car feeling at an arcade though. Unless if you want to spend hundreds of dollars on your own or bought setup and then find a place for it.
