i just came back form extreme indoor karting in costa mesa

it is really fun, its a brand new place, i heard about it at work, the owner was going around promoting it, so had monday off had nothing to do went with a couple of friends to check it out

Its a really nice facility, brand new everything, karts go up to 45 mph, and the karts are very quite, electric? but really really quick, and a really cool part about it is, that they all have trackers? on them and it records your lap times on every lap, and at the end you can get your statistics printed out, on each lap.. i feel like a bad ass racer.. lol

the track itself is sort of small, but very good layout, couple of straight aways, overall great layout

its like 20 bucks for like 15 laps, but A++++, really good time

like i said, its on sunflower and harbor,

im going again on thursday around 6? then from there to the pipeline meet if anyone wants to come

Is it better then K1 speed? I really liked that place and they did most of the same stuff keep stats and what not.

also forgot to add, if we get 8 people or more, we can have a championship race,

it has a qualifing 14 laps, then after that a championship 16 laps

its like 35 bucks, but with my coupons 30 bucks.. lol

The stratus carts that d1 lets you drive don't hit sixty.

If you guys want so real carting fun, go to Adams track in socal.

I like Kart Factory way better than K1 or Dromo ... Prolly 'coz it's cheaper w/ the military discount and you don't have to wear those "race suits."

+1 for Adams. After running Adams, you wont wanna run Dromo, K1, or any other arrive and drive kart track!
