Okay, called up today and was told that the guy that would be in charge of giving discounts (that's if they give us one) and such big groups would call me back over the weekend. He was out for the day or whatever.

The girl on the phone did point in the direction to their Grand Prix Packages.

Mini Grand Prix:

1 - 14 Lap Qualifier
1 - 16 Lap Grid Start Race

Price: $450 Flat for 10 racers ($900 for 20, $45 per person)

Grand Prix:

9 - Practice Laps
1 - 14 Lap Qualifier
1 - 16 Lap Grid Start Race

Price: $600 Flat for 10 racers ($1200 for 20, $60 per person)

Super Grand Prix:

9 - Practice Laps
2 - 14 Qualifier Laps
1 - 16 Lap Grid Start Race

Price: $900 Flat for 10 racers ($1800 for 20, $90 per person)

If for some reason they don't want to give us a discount we could always do 2 Mini Grand Prix. Down side is you need to pay a 50% deposit which means we'd have to really collect the full amount before hand before we pay a deposit or set a date just to prevent being screwed over by non-payers. Plus with this option we're limited to groups of 10. 15 people doesn't work nor does 25. Has to be 10, 20, 30... etc.

Hopefully the programmer dude calls me up tomorrow so that I don't have to call up and seem like I'm hassling for a deal. I'll definitely get this setup and right now I'm thinking Dec. 30th, last Sunday of the year. Next Wednesday meet I'll double check with people's schedules, weather report will be checked, and an approximate estimate of total expenses plus a scheduled layout of the day's activities.
