Hmm.. I think I'd go if the meets were in southern part of temecula... maybe once in a while if it was in Murrieta...

Escondido in North County SD (where I'm from) is relatively chill too. The cops are too busy with illegal immigrants to care about the cars. Although, I can't think of an area where people could meet up.

Good luck, but I don't think there's enough 240 owners in the area. I've lived in the Temecula area my whole life and its rare to see any.

Can't wait to move back to LA for school.

It's to the point now where whenever I see another 240, I'll go out of my way to follow it a bit to get a better look at it.

I'm deprived out here. I miss Orange County.

J/K, well if nothing else like I said. Every thurs. night theres a meet at In-N-Out on Jefferson, between Rancho and Overland. Starts around 9-ish but that's when all the ricers in accords are there. Get there around 11, and there are better cars, but most seem like high school punks, and trust fund babies rolling Evos their parents got. It's at least a cool place to check some cars before heading into the hills for some spirited driving.

That's why I want to start something else for the true enthusiasts. I'd think about Fallbrook, but there's nothing around, and nowhere to meet that I know of.

But there are some fun roads.

Found some cool people at the In-N-Out meets. Not all are bad. I've also set up a cruise this Sat from OC, to SD (Oceanside), to Pala featuring some beautiful roads. PM me for more info. As with all my other cruises/caravans/etc. the same rules apply... no burnouts, revving, or any other stupid crap.

Just wanted to bump this one up. We're starting to lose our nissan showing at the thursday In-N-Out meets. We've got a small, but growing group of regulars amongst the yokels that are pretty cool. We usually chill by the 240s.

Riverside has a new Hooter's...
They are located on the 215/60 intersection. I read about an Evo group that had a meet there. The DA6's would have cruises in the Sacramento Area where everybody would meet up at a location like Hooter's. It was almost like the Super Street tour. They had like 3 groups from all different locations and times to meet at certain gas stations along the freeway. Is there anything like that going on here for the 240's?

Just a heads up, people were being retarded last week so the cops had to start throwing their weight around. Wrote fix-it's for plates and such, and I don't know if it's related but an Integra left on a flatbed. *shrug* They said this week they'd be there again popping hoods, but AFAIK they can't without a warrant or your consent. Best bet is to just park towards the freeway offramp, lock up your car and walk over to the restaurant. They're not going to search your car if you're not around. Just remember guys keep it cool, no stupid stuff. The S-chassis crowd has been mostly cool, except for one dumb-expletive in a fastback who's rolling around with team hoodrats causing a ruckus. (probably the same person who was trying to drift a few weeks back... and failing miserably I might add) 240 owners are starting to get a tarnished image and I hope we can clean it up before it's too late. So again, please be considerate. Best place to keep yourself distanced from the idiots is on the arial view below.

The in n out on los alamos is burnt. Murrieta cops get a hard on from busting tuners. They came by regularly last night and announced on the loud speaker "you have ten minutes to leave before we give you all tickets". They gave front plate tix to people over the past weeks and popped some hondas hood just for "modified exhaust". If a cop can pop you for modified exhaust now, all of us with rb/ srs are screwed. If anyone knows somewhere else to have a meet, let me know. id be down to roll with some of my buddies with some cool tuners.

When was this? I rolled in at around 10:30, and it was empty... no cops either. met up with some people elsewhere then we went back there around 11:00 and hung out for an hour or so. Not a single cop. Saw 1 pignose when we got there and kinda chatted him up real quick before they left, but yeah... ghost town. I've got something else possibly in the works, but I think it'll be on a different night. I'll keep this updated if it goes through though.

I'm from that area and I've been to both In-n-Out meets. I went to the one on Jefferson and it was freaking stupid! Some guy in a SRT4 was yelling that he would race anyone for a G like it was some dumb shit out of a F&F movie. then, some other kid in a S14 stopped infront of my S14 and started burning out for a long ass time like it was cool. i left shortly after that because the honduh boys and other shady ass characters started to rev and shit and get out of hand. (this was in '07 around Oct or Nov)

I left in '08 and came back for leave and headed to the one off of Los Alamos. it wasnt bad for the 1st hr. then the honduh boys started showing up. some where reving and speeding through the parking lot like idiots and the cops came but only to show presence. Some kids pulled up near my car and started taking pictures...not sure why...i didnt like it though and i asked them to stop politely and they did.

I didnt like it too much...if there's another place that can be only for 240's i would go again...i hate ricers and i dont feel like getting my shit popped because of idiots...

If you find some where else let us know!!! i might show up when i get back in a month!!

The San Diego meet is still going strong at the Mira Mesa Fudruckers; you all should come down and check it out! We have a lot of esco and oceanside people that show up. It's EVERY Tuesday at 8:00

well, cops hard core raided In-N-Out on Los Al back in Dec. and now the place is deserted. (I like it) Since the rice brigade doesn't come anymore we've not seen a single cop roll through. So feel free to swing by, I've been going to Riverside for Adams, but I'm not going to be doing that every week with gas prices going back up. When I do go to Riverside, I'm usually at the Los Al In-N-Out around 10:30-11:00p. Otherwise I'll be there before 10p. So feel free to swing by and say hey, and doodle on my hood. there's usually about 8 of us or so hanging outside at the tables in front. Just keep it chill please. I'll try to keep this updated as to police/ricer presence.

Well, I'd like some input... Me and some of the other regulars are thinking about setting something new up in the area. As it stands right now we're thinking it'll be held in Menifee. Need to know who would be interested in a weekly meet in the area, and what day would be best for everyone. I'd like to have something similar to the 626 meets for us that are stuck in the desert.
