Vechile Inspections

Does anyone know of any inspection station in or around Kansas City that will pass a sub-par vehicle. Mine has a few minor issuses that may not pass.

if you have a buddy that has a passable 240, see if he will sell you his sticker, and you can pay to get his car inspected again.
