2000 lexus ls 400 platinum VIP

Listed for $12,000 as it sits right now. 160k
miles. I am located near Detroit MI.
Before putting it away last winter i did 4 new wheels bearings timing belt and water pump.

Basically, the car is A+ mechanically but needs cosmetic attention to be a full show queen again.

I am a powertrain test and development engineer by trade, but I am no body/paint guy.

Last summer new front upper control arms
3 summers ago all rear suspension front lower ball joints innter outer tie rods

I can do facetime/fb video chat walk around with the vehicle with serious candidates and go over any questions the buyer may have.

Does need cosmetic work on side skirts and rear bumper.
Rear bumper has some flaking near the bottom.
NOTE: car will come with stock front bumper as the custom front has been sold already.

Car was originally built by Brett Lyver of Liberty VIP and Rockstar Motorsports. I purchased the car off Brett right after he had the interior finished.

Mod list. Im sure to miss a ton.

Body:

Wald Side skirts.
rear bumper extended 4"
Body has been color matched black from factory 2 tone.
radiused and rolled front and rear fenders
OEM toyota window visors
badgeless grille
FX45 projector retrofit, Apollo shrouds, auto leveling works
clear side markers
color matched rear tail lights
pink Swarowski crystal license plate nuts
pink Swarowski crystal valve stem caps
Black spline lug nuts

Engine:
Stock, Mobil 1 synthetic changed every 6000 miles.
Exhaust, resonators have been deleted, entire exhaust has been tucked up closer to body. Brand new Denso alternator, new Lexus PS pump.

Interior:
custom red microfiber automotive grade fabric with pattern stitching and black welt piping. Headliner, seats, pillars etc all done.
Dyed black plastics with SEM.
OEM black seatbelts swapped in favor of Tan.
OEM Lexus black floormats
Hydrodipped center console and door handles
Matching custom trunk

Audio: Brett did this all and I don't remember the specs for it all.
Eclipse touch screen head unit with Ipod and gps . cable-stowed away in upper glovebox.
Doors have been dynamatted
6" speakers in front doors. Tweeters may be factory? Honestly don't know but it sounds clear and loud.
2x120" Stereo Integrity BM MkIV subwoofers
JL amps.

Suspension:
D2 racing bag over strut.
Twin viar 380 compressors, 100% duty cycle
Polished 5 gal tank and hardlines
Accuair VU4 solenoid block
Dakota Digital Air Ride management
Pressure and Height sensors
All airride components are stowed under flip up trunk floor.
Front strut towers relieved for UCA clearance
Studio front RCA
New moog UCA, new inner outer tie rods,
New left CV joint, OEM rear UCA, battle version camber and toe arms.
All new bushings in the rear tension rods.
Trans and rear diff have fresh fluid as of 20k miles ago.

Wheels:
Auto Couture Magnifique.
19x10+6 up front.
19x11+12 out back.
Tires: .
225/40/19 F.
255/35/19 R

notable blemishes:

Seems at some point someone rubbed through the single stage paint on the top back right of the roof, slight discoloration about rhe side of a baseball
There is rust appearing on the bottom right of the trunk lid by the license plate
Side skirts could use a repaint from stone chips.
Front fenders have some chipping paint around the arch radius.
Rear window is scratched up from someone using a dirty polishing cloth.
Front windshield has a stone chip in it, bottom center. I had it filled so it wont spread but ideally should replace the window to make it super clean again.
Front wheels had inner barrels cracked. I TIG welded them and bead holds fine.
Could use new tires.

I can call, text, email, face time, whatever the potential buyer wants.
