I agree and I will once I fix some minor things like a little leak here and there, dent here and there, which I started now, once I finish laying down the new heat reflecting mat and a few other wire tucking etc Ill be raising the price, tbh I priced it to sell it very quick but surprisingly it has not sold yet, this thing sounds, pulls and drives amazing.

Bump and update, I took the motor out for some major maintenance

New as of 10/18/16

Turbo gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, o rings, headers gasket, oil housing gasket, oil filter oem, new front main seal and rear, new main pulley bolt, new oem thermostat and o ring gasket, new caps/block offs, new oil, new slump and oil pan toyota oem FIPG made gasket, new headers OEM studs, bolts, washers properly done, new lines, fittings, used ARP thread sealer on everything threaded, cleaned/scrubbed the block to MINTY, new valve cover gaskets, new spark plugs, lots of new other shit.

Also those ugly FMIC pipes will not be teal anymore haha ill be doing it silver or some kind of grey.

Next I will be laying out heat reflecting mat in the transmission well and other areas.
