I'd check the grading of those $6-10K cars... I learned quite a bit shopping for mine. It took me MONTHS to find something that was clean inside and out.

Everyone throws out the "look at how cheap they are selling for" and believes that they will get a real gem. I've seen cars that were graded rather high, that looked great till the mechanic placed the cars on the lift/taken a closer look.

If you're serious, heres what you do:

Step 1: Move to Florida.
Step 2: Obtain $25,000 selling crack in Miami.
Step 3: Buy state legal S15 Spec-R for $25,000 in Florida.
