Weird Clutch/Trans Noise

Hey guys. I went to start my S14 the other day and noticed this weird noise. I haven't driven it since just in case it's something major. I can't figure out what it is. If any of you have any input please let me know. Thanks.

That's a throw out bearing noise. Time for a clutch or just the throw out bearing

That’s what I suspected but it doesn’t sound like typical throw out bearing. Also just installed Southbend Clutch about 2k miles ago.

The throw out bearing could have been installed incorrectly or is seized somehow.
