Angry Experience with uprev

So who has it?
Trying to tune my 350z FI.
Just need a base map but its quite confusing. Built the car myself

Precision turbo , thumper cams and low compression build.
If anyone can chime in, much appreciated.

I can only manage to get the car to start, but it dies in ~10 seconds
AF gauge reads in the 13 range

UpRev & all newer cars don't work like older style ECU's. there are a ton of settings you have to change on it. do you have experience with Tuning newer ECU's?

No i do not have experience tuning ecu's, but i do have tons of experience reading data for diagnosis on all types of cars.

I recieved some help from a very kind and respected tuner. Whats funny is that the settings he gave me were similar to mine, only difference was i had a much lower k value.

Ive adjusted some settings and now my z idles even better. Im only interested in seeing what i can do before taking it to a tuner. I understand you need to know how an engine works and lots and lots of theory. My plan is to atleast get it to drive around town somewhat smooth, not in boost.

Also, if ur bardabe out in riverside, i believe i called you guys and either nobody answered or you guys told me no...

Do you have bigger injectors? Is the MAF the same or in a bigger housing? Those are the two main things that would affect just trying to get a startup tune. My main experience with uprev has been toggling ARC features on and off for my G35.

I would hope over to g35driver (might be on my350z also) and PM a user named seymore4. He sells a lot of Uprev cables and may be able to help get your car started.

Yes bigger injectors and uprev maf. I got it started, reason is i need to break my engine in before i take it for dyno tuning.

It idles a little rough, but ive tweakes some setting to make it a little better. .
