RB Ecu fried? No spark?

So ive been trying to figure out if my ecu is bad for a while now on my rb20... so the cas works the eccs and ignition relays click but when i test the ignition coil 1 pin on the ecu no flash so im guessing my ecu is dead and thats the reason i dont have spark? Please help.

Am i suupised to have a constant .5 volts from pin 1 of the ecu or should it pulse .5 volts?
