RB RB20 into S13 Wiring, Unknown Connectors

Hello all. I've been slowly working on an RB20/5spd swap into my auto '93 S13. I had been planning on buying a new harness from WSP but I would like to put that $500 to work in other areas (like a good clutch). So both my harnesses (KA and RB) are complete and in decent shape. I've been reading all the guides and understand the general concept. Put the KA dash plug on the RB harness, and put the two fuse box connectors from the KA harness on the RB harness in place of the big gray one. And extend some wires.... blah blah blah. But what about the other dash connectors on both harnesses (by dash connector, I mean connector on the inside of the firewall)? I have a big white one on my KA harness, and two more white ones on the RB harness. Are these simply ignored? What is that other connector for on the KA harness?

Ok I think I found my answer for the KA connector. I think it's for the auto trans. Can anyone confirm that? So I assume that can just be ignored. But I still don't know about the other two connectors on the RB harness.
