s13 Lack of power after knock sensor install

Replaced my knock sensor on my ka. Disconnected the battery for 30mins. Hesitates at 2.5k rpm. No power at all. Believe it's in safe mode. Installed Isis knock sensor and sub harness. Erased code also

Any ideas?

Did you reset the timing after the install?

clean your MAF sensor with a qtip and MAF cleaner from autozone. dirty MAF will cause all sorts of issues pertaining to acceleration.

also, check voltage on TPS as well. if voltage is off, it can screw up your AF raitos pretty bad.

why didnt you just buy an OE knock sensor? saving a few bucks on vital engine components is a BIG no no! if a nissan OE part can be had as far as sensors go, ALWAYS use OE!

Lack of power after knock sensor install

Figured it out was a bad ground wire on the tps and timing was off a tooth. If anyone was wondering
