as far as people tell me, I'm pretty sure it will fit if you get the right axels and the proper rear diff cover. not sure if it will work for s14 but I know thats how it goes with the s13 and certain diffs. what bolt are your axels and what bolt is the r33 axels? and just curious but thats vlsd right?

I know the R32 will as I have one in mine. It is a 5-lug axle. Not sure if the cover needs to be changed. I bought the car with it already in there. It's a VLSD.
