Sorry, that size is not available for the SS595. All available tire sizes are listed on our web site. We are still updating our newly redesigned site with more tires, but those are all available sizes of the SS595. When the SSEVO (Street Competition) comes out, there will be more of a selection of sizes; unfortunately, those don't come in 205/60R15 either.

@ 235/40/17, the sidewall is only 5mm taller . And you get another 10mm of rubber!!! Because of the design of the tread & sidewall, the sidewall still looks even and slightly round even when mounting a 235 tire on a 7" rim (I currently run the SS595 235/40R17 on my rear tires).

Yea, sucks doesn't it? . Because of the way they design their tread, and I guess when they were making these they didn't care about the lower diameter guys, sizes for 14"-16" rims are not spetacular. That's being answered (for the most part) by the 595EVO's coming out soon!

YUP! Southern California rain, no problem! In the street they are great! Grippy and low tire noise (but I have a loud exhaust). Compared to all-seasons, they probably don't "handle" as well in the rain. But of course, they aren't crazy dangerous as Azenis RT615's when it gets wet or dusty.

Haven't been through any heavy storms with these yet, but I have confidence in them and don't drive too fast when it's wet out anyway. We went out with these to autox just recently & ran in the morning when there was wet ground from fog and mist... held A-OKAY!

SS535's come in a much wider range of sizes because they are "Performance All-Season" Tires.

The reason I was talking about the EVO's as a suitable replacement is because they are a "Performance Summer" Tire.

Of course, the actual differences may not be that much.

We can also get you SS535 if you wish, but you will have to send a pm request or call us directly and we'll get you a good price on those - these are even cheaper than the SS595's. Still a good tire, just not their "top tier" ones. We'll work on getting those up on the site also.

My friend has the SS535's on his Mercedes SLK230. Was going with SS595 but they didn't come in the set of 225/50R16 & 205/55R16. SS535's did and he was not as concerned with performance. He loves them, grips enough in the rain and very quiet for daily driving compared to his OEM Michelins.

Enough of the life story though, buy up the SS595's while you can guys!

We can't tell you first hand how they will differ in performance, but they are in the same class (High Performance Competition Series) as the SS595. Tire tread is obviously differently; how that will affect your grip/drift driving is hard to say at the moment. We've driven on nearly all of the type of performance tires Federal offers, and none of them have dissapointed us yet!
