It's only one set, meaning 10. Which fit front s13 hubs and rear s13/s14 hubs.

Yup, thanks Jimmy.

In case anyone is wondering, you need these if you're running spacers larger than 5mm or so. With these, you can run 15mm or 20mm slip-on spacers *which are cheap*, without having to buy *$$$* bolt on 25mm's!
