Yeah I managed to squeeze that in the deal. Took all my money, though. Should be worth it. Thought about it a little more. I think im going to try and delete the cigarette lighter and the ash tray in favor of this gauge. I'm going to make a whole new piece for the radio trim. It will be a much cleaner look. My radio plastic is broken anyways. Not sure what kind of material to make it with yet, however. Maybe a piece of aluminum and then mount the gauge to the holes for the lower DIN pocket on the radio brackets. Wrap the sheet in carbon fiber or something.

Induction Performance. Discounted tuning with Alpha if you buy your ECU package with them.

Finally finalized where I wanted to mount my AFPR on my 1jz vvti... Decided to use a stock wiring harness bracket just below the Throttle Body. I may have to reinforce the bracket just a tad to hold up to vibrations etc. but it puts it in a decent spot I think..

My question is, do you guys think it is safe to use a 180 degree 6an Fitting in this location to connect fuel line to the AFPR?

I've found the one I would like to use for accurate clearance, but I just wanted to ask to make sure it is safe to use a 180 degree fitting...

Thanks for any help guys.

I would think that a 180 would be ok.

Good to hear, just wasn't sure if the 180 would effect fuel pressure at all and/or over work regulator..

I've gone ahead and ordered these fittings to finalize fuel inlet line and the 120 degree fitting is for the drain.

Just picked up the last of my fittings for my return line. Hopefully have the fuel system all done this week. That might involve actually going into the garage and working on it though :/

I used a cx racing tubular manifold and had to relocate the wastegate outlet to avoid hitting the steering column. I think I paid like $100 for the manifold brand new but that was way back in the day.

Having problems with my Dmax Hood hitting the top of the engine when its closed, i think i remember someone else having this issue, im using Xcessive mounts, but the motor is so close to the steering rack it cant go any lower

will an OEM style hood solve this? thinking about switching

I have the same engine mounts. Had little bit more clearance so
I cut my solid mounts down about 3/8". I removed the engine hoist hook on the right front of the cylinder head. I will still have to shave the bottom of the hood a little.

My dmax style hood sinks in a little and is actually lower than a stock hood at the first vent or two. I think a stock hood would clear just fine

I have one. Test fitted then sold the 1.5 JZ motor. Will sell it for $450 not including paypal fees or shipping. Does not include the oil sensor that sits inside the pan, its broken. Had no idea how weak that little black piece is.

How did you guys run your intercooler piping? It would be nice to get a prefabbed piping kit so i dont have to cut/weld, but I'd like to get some ideas first.

Post some pics!

I believe CxRacing makes a prefab kit.

I ran mine the typical route just like you would with any SR or KA swap

Kind of an old pic, but you get the idea... ImageUploadedByTapatalk1418930289.035110.jpg

Why are you wanting to run 2 feed lines? Just run a single -8

A lot of people that run that setup run a single -8 or -10 from the tank and the split to a "Y" into dual -6 or -8 and then really you don't need any bigger than a single -6 return.

It's not about the amount of fuel people are running it's about the pressure across the rail on the injectors. It will be more even across all injectors with a dual feed rail vs not.

So after the filter you're suggesting a Y line something like this?
http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/sum-220110
From what i've read people are using -10 until post filter, then -8 after that
