s13 92 shell, build from bottom up questions

I am new to the the S13 scene. I just bought a 1992 Coupe Silvia Shell and want to rebuild it. The reasoning for this is that I don't want someone else's idea or turbo build, I want to put every part in it that I want. I love the way the coupe looks with hatch front end pop up lights. My goals are to reach 350 whp - 400 whp through turbo. Not a ton of drifting but enough power to have fun with it.

A little about what I am doing before I ask.

I bought the shell in hopes to rebuild it. I want to do a K24ade engine due to it being and iron block, transmission either r154 or z32. I am going to rebuild both myself and buy all tools necessary to do so.

My big questions are .....

what do i start with first? is there a process in which to tackle the shell ? do i need to do suspension first then work up to transmission then engine? would it matter what goes in first or last?

do almost all parts bolt or connect? I know these are probably read a thousand times but input would be greatly appreciated
