Hit a series of potholes and bent up my intercooler pretty good , can this be fixed ? Should I worry about it?

If that's the worst it aint bad, shouldnt even affect it since it doesnt seem like it punctured any lines, just bent the braket and a few fins, but you wont know for sure until you pressure test it.
Is it sticking beliw your bumper? If so, learn from this leason and mount it higher.

half of the bottom of my intercooler is bent backwards, still holds pressure tho! xD

yeah as long as it still passes pressure test, no worries. it may leak in the future if theres a pinch point or crease tho.
