RB25 help fuel in oil...VIDEO

I have a question

this guy is selling a rb25..says fuel is in the oil and car feels weaker....he had it dynoed and since then this happened..on the dyno he said white smoke came out....anyway he doesn't know anything about cars(as in what spark plugs are) and just wants to sell it i can get it for $1000...and thats motor, transmission, mounts, ecu (stinger), wiring harness, radiator ect.... he sent me a video of the car as it is now idk if its just me but when he revs it seems like hesitation or missing idk its like cracks in the rev... heres a video

could it possibly just be the rings, or a leaky injector since it idles fine and revs up motor seems to start fine and all..if that revving is normal sounding....its definitely running rich you can see in the video....please tell me your thoughts i need help if you need to know anything please ask!!

the motor has top feeds 1000cc
FPR
walboro pump
cp pistons
greddy style intake
garrett turbo
N1 oil pump
cometic head gasket

i need help asap i might try to get it this week if its safe lol not familiar with rb25

It's the tune way to rich. My sr did the same shit when I saw 10.0-10.5 afrs

Agreeing with the idea that it could be the tune, if not it's getting too much fuel some other way. You can see on the video that the AFR gauge on the steering column plummets to ~10:1 shortly after he starts it.
That said, fuel in the oil can be a bit of a dangerous thing. Thins out the oil, and can cause bearing wear, and those RBs don't need any encouragement for bearing wear either. Though, if I was looking for an RB, I'd do it.

boost leaks can caused fuel in oil from running way too rich with occasional stuttering under load. but yes, like all said ^ it's running extremely rich. you'd have to change the oil very, very often to protect those bearings.

Thank you guys. I appreciate the help. That's give me a better idea about purchasing it. Especially since it has all the mounts shaft wiring Ect. Is the stinger ecu that bad? I read about people saying to get rid and go with power fc? I could do that. I would just need about 6 months lol

I don't think thats a wideband, looks like a RPM gauge to me?

Personally I would take one of the bearing caps off of the rods and main and take a look before purchasing.

lets say the bearings are bad...whats the worst case scenario? just need to purchase new bearings and thats it? or could the motor just be a paper weight? is it worth the risk for a grand for a full swap?

Could be! I didn't really think about it, but since it is an RB swap, the stock tach might not be working. Not to mention that'd be an awfully quick reacting wideband considering it hasn't had the time to heat up.
