Update!

I decided to tackle the rear subframe and get some things out of the way. I dropped the rear subframe and proceeded to completely disassemble it. I scrubbed and power-washed the subframe for hours as it was caked with grime. Once it was clean I decided to paint it with POR15 to prevent it from ever rusting again. While the paint was drying I addressed the differential. I chose to shim my J30 differential for increased locking. When the subframe was dry I painted it with a base coat/clear coat. Then I removed the polyurethane bushings and dropped in the aluminum bushings that I machined. On to the pics!

Welded nuts onto fill and drain plugs...So much easier.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been swamped with work for customers. I designed and fabricated some S14 crash bars that mount in the stock location. They are incredibly strong and fit like a glove! Here are some pictures!

Then stumbled upon this Bengali Prince at the shop, look at that satin shirt just exuding excellence

you cant really see the sick radiator brackets on the sides but this bar is RIDICULOUS.

Decided to practice working with some aluminum bits yesterday. Whipped up a new catch can, plumbed it for AN-6 fittings. Thinking about making a run of these if there is enough interest. Enjoy!
