Condition: overall good but not mint. A bolt or two is missing and the lips aren't perfect, EXCELLENT rebuild candidate (see photo for a rough idea how 4" lips would look). Standard work 36h lips seem to fit perfectly (see Meister lip test fit photo-lip not included in sale).

The current lips are roughly 1.5", so rebuilding with 3.5" lips would make these 18x9.5 +14. Rebuilding with 4" lips would result in 18x10 +8.
