1990 Ford Festiva - Under $2k!!!
Sold! Mods please delete
1990 Ford Festiva L Plus - White 1.3 liter, 4 cylinder, Mazda B3 motor (EFI) 126k miles Automatic Heat and A/C work well Runs and drives awesome 35+ mpg New pioneer headunit and 4 speakers Rust free body, some surface rust on exhaust. $19 fill ups! Passed inspection, registered and tagged. Cons: -Speedometer gear makes small amount of noise behind instrument panel. -Few smalls dings and dents, cowl under windshield has been touched up. -After sitting for a while, will puff some blue smoke on startup. Doesn't affect drivability and goes away after first minute of driving. Didn't bother me as my goal was to swap, and it doesn't affect the driving. So yes it does burn a little oil on the stock 28 year old motor. Comes with 1993 Ford Escort GT motor 1.8 liter Mazda BP (FWD version of 1.8 Miata motor) 75k miles. Will bolt to stock transmission. Does not have ECU. Some background since this is a little out of the 240 realm. The body was designed by Mazda, built by Kia, and slapped with Ford emblems. The car makes 62 horses with the EFI setup, but makes a popular candidate for Mazda swaps such as the B6T or BP. If you browse youtube for BP Festiva, or advancedynamix, you'll find some sweet festivas with swapped motors as awesome drag and road course cars. They also make great mpg beaters in stock trim. Rougly 1700lbs. $1900 obo. Last edited by Ford64Muscle; 11-15-2018 at 02:53 PM.. |
