Bad TPS

checked the voltage of tps while closed and it was spot on, i never checked it full throttle but anyways as you can see in this clip it starts hesitating/ running weird when i rev it out a little, yet when i unplug the TPS it runs smoothly.

i forgot to mention that in the video after i let off the throttle the car almost dies, but with the TPS unplugged that doesn't happen. everyone told me it is probably a vacuum leak but after spending hours just spraying stuff with starting fluid i could never find anything.
