Throttle body question

Hi there:
I have a throttle body (s13 - KA24DE) on my SR engine. It's a bit sticky and trying to clean it hasn't fixed my problems. I'm going to remove it, and thought I might try to replace the rubber shaft seals. My understanding is that many of the Nissan throttle bodies use these same seals, but unfortunately, Nissan doesn't sell them. I know some have used greased up o-rings - read this regarding a q45 throttle body fix, but I'd really like to use a proper double lip seal that fits as it should.

Has anyone replaced these seals, and if so, can tell me the dimensions, so I can look at finding a source online? I'm thinking a bearing company would be a good bet. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
