Fuel pressure regulators are wonderful. When I got my rb20 swapped s13. I never ran a fuel pressure. Car always ran like crap. I then installed it and was running very high psi for my little injectors. Found out my return fuel line was plugged up with rust/trash.

Also pull your CAS sensor off and spin it by hand. (While it is grounded to the chassis) and you sound have everything working like spark. Injectors. And fuel pump with out cranking it over

If to your knowledge has never been changed install a new coolant temp. Also make sure engine is well grounded atleast one good wire from chassis to block and chassis to head is what i always do. Something i always do regardless.
