Sr20det throttle position sensor issue

I'm currently swapping my blown redtop for a good black top sr. I noticed the sensor on my original throttle body (on redtop car) was missing the sensor. No big deal I thought, I'll just rob the one from the black top throttle body. But when wiring the black top up the sensor is a 3 pin and the connector that goes to it (I believe) is a 6 pin. But is only pinned in three of the slots. Any insight would be helpful. (And if this is kind of confusing I'm using the red top throttle body on the black top engine)
