CA SoCal FS/FT 1995 S14 KA Drift ready, Lots of mods

I have a '95 S14 KA with 183,500 miles for sale or will trade for a 350Z(plus cash on top on my end). I have the car setup for drifting. I have owned the car for a year and have put only 3,000 miles on it, only using it for a track/weekend car. I have changed alot of the parts on the car and is in good driving shape, and have had no problems with the engine. The only reason for selling is because I want a 350z so I can have more power.

Engine mods:
-Megan 3inch Aluminum radiator(2 months new)
-Megan radiator hoses(2 months new)
-Nismo Thermostat(2 months new)
-New water pump(2 months new)
-New Front and rear engine main seal(2 months new)
-Exeddy Stage 2 4 puck clutch(2 months new)
-Aluminum Lightened flywheel(2 months new)
-Trans rear seal(2 months new)
-All belts(2months new)
-CPS Sensor(2 months new)
-Nismo engine mounts & trans mount(2 months new)
-4-1 Header(previous owner upgrade)
-HKS Super Drag Exhaust, header back(previous owner upgrade)
-NGK plug wires, and platinum plugs(previous owner upgrade)
-Engine harness tucked

Interior:
-Sparco pedals
-Short shifter
-Rear seat taken out(can put back in)
-Replaced driver side window motor and switch
-Upgraded Cd player and all 4 speakers(previous owner)
-E-brake drift button
-No cracks in dash

Exterior:
-HID hedlights
-Garden trim front lip
-Rolled fenders all around
-JDM front grille
-Jdm Silvia badge

Suspension & Wheels:
-JIC coilovers(front rebuilt one year ago)
-Megan tension rods
-Megan front sway bar connectors & bushings
-Megan RUCAs
-Megan Traction arms
-Megan Rear toe arms
-Megan aluminum sub frame spacers
-Nismo front tension rod brace
-Welded diff.
-20mm wheel spacers up front
-Sport max 18x8.5 up front and 18x 9.5 in rear(Gun metal)
-Sport max 17x9 all around(gold)

Cons:
-Left side front and rear balljoints rattle going over bumps
-A/C Fan wires ripped out, need to reconnect them
-Power steering pump seaping
-Check engine light on(has MAF code and O2 sensor code)
-Air Bag Light on(took out the Air Bag control module)
-Rear strut cartridges might need to be rebuilt(no leaks)
-No cigarette lighter
-Tach works when it wants to
-Ebrake needs to be adjusted
Just letting you know what condition the car is in. Remember this is a 16 year old car so it is normal for some of this stuff to be in this condition. Thanks.

Anybody Looking at this car, met up took me out and it is a car set up for drifting, body is in good shape, clean, nothing much needed but minor and your good to go. I was tempted but looking more towards DD if I had extra cash aside for drift only I would have bought it.
