S i have a s13 silvia with an sr20det, the engine has been running fine for a while but then this last week, started sputtering and running like a bag of dicks. it only does it at first when the throttle is down pretty heavy and im giving it lots of gas. then the problem will worsen and worsen until it can hardly move or stay running. I will then shut it off and start it back up again right away and the problem will reset.

couple of side notes that might be helpful info:
- it idles fine all the time
- it helps the issue to reset the ecu
- it has a really hard time starting, but once its started its good
- if i feather the gas its better

things i have already done
- spark plugs
- coil packs
- gas tank clean out
- fuel filter
- new battery and terminals

i just imported the car from japan to canada bout 2 months and 1500 kms ago. i really cant think of anything else it could be! any advice on tests or things to check would be awesome thanks.

check for boost leaks...and fuel pressure, also battery

No boost leaks, pressure test was good, brand new battery and terminals.
