I know there are thousands of threads about this, but im new and havnt figured this out yet.

But i installed a new "Timing Chain", Just the chain too. Made sure it was installed right. Then we put everything back together and fired it up. And the new chain slaps and sounds like its going to explode. Why??? Need help asap!

We put on some new sprockets "Top and Bottom" Then put the chain on from the bottom then to the top.. and some where in that process it fixed it, and it wasnt the sprockets because the stock ones were still good, but we went ahead and put on the new ones.. and bam it was tight..
