Ka24det won't start now
Ka24det. eBay turbo mic kit. Has z32 maf. New plugs and stock injectors. Was running me and my friend went to drive it and he went smashing down the road pulled fine seemed to hit fuel cut then was running rough. We legged it back to the house. Narrowed it down to being a injector because when we would unplug it the idle seemed to not change. Ordered 370cc ones went to install them with the new plugs. Now it doesn't start at all. Even before it would run but really rough. Also had a starting issue prior where it would crank and crank and then slowly pick up untill it started. But once warm would start only after a few cranks. need where to start??

No tune? Probably popped it
Try some starter fluid and see if it will light up

What do you mean popped it? And no tune it ran before no tune wii stock injectors. Just when he was high Rpms in third seemed to hit fuel cut. Pulls hard in second and frost to redline. Or pulled hard as it doesn't run.

Do a compression test
Sounds like fuel pump if it cranks and takes a bit to start, which means it probably leaned out

Did you get a tune for your turbo KA? or is it still factory? You probably melted a few pistons doing that. The "fuel cut" your friend experienced was most likely it cutting out due to running lean, which most likely melted a hole in one or more pistons. Do a compression check.
