S13 Blacktop SR20DET Swap!

EVERYTHING minus the radiator. Even gauges. Parts list below. I have plenty of people who can vouch for this swap and how reliable it is. It'll be for sale at the beginning of May. Even Martin from R.S. Enthalpy vouched for my build!

Stock bottom end blacktop.
Garrett gt2871r .64ar with the 3" inlet
Boost lab cleaned and tested nismo 740cc injectors
Wiring specialties pro harness
Cody ace AC bracket and compressor so working ac
Jim Wolf Technologies Stage 3 cams
Dual guide conversion so rocker arms never pop
Hot bathed, decked, 5 angle valve job on the head, supertrch valves and valve seals done by RPM shop
Tomei MLS headgasket
ARP head studs
ARP flywheel bolts
6 puck white bunny clutch

Z32 maf
Apexi filter
Isr expanded oil pan
Brand new blacktop oil pickup
NGK bkr7e
Tial F38 external wastegate and dump pipe
Coated and extrude honed manifold
Prof sheepsdog JDM bov
Tomei FPR
K&N fuel filter
New p2m braided lines
Innovate SCG-1 boost controller, wideband, and boost gauge all in one
Water temp and oil pressure gauge
New water pump
Nismo thermostat
New oilpump
C's short shifter with PBM shift knob
GKtech clutch fan
GkTech billet eccentric throttle wheel
GkTech oil catch can
ISR true 3" turbo elbow and downpipe
Brand new OEM engine and transmission mounts
Silicone hoses all under the intake manifold and radiator hoses
New front and rear main seals, valve cover gaskets, 7 layer exhaust manifold gasket, new intake gaskets
Tuned by Martin from RS Enthalpy at 19psi and it has a speed-based 2-step through the ecu.
Obviously fan shroud plus the hard to find side plastics that attach to the radiator sides
Fmic kit with an emusa fmic that isn't enormous to help with response
Brand new starter
Brand new alternator
Used brass fittings for the vacuum lines

I have about 8k into this swap and I'm sure I'm forgetting things here and there in the lidt above. I'm looking for 5k for everything minus the radiator. This engine has taught me a lot and has been very nice to me and has never left me stranded anywhere. I will state that the clutch release bearing does whine, I'm not sure why as it's a brand new koyo one but it's a very cheap part that you could replace prior to swapping it in.
