Take em out, refresh all the o-rings and caps, grease them (lots) with dielectric or vaseline or some other clean/clear petrolium grease/gel, and pop them in. Yeah i had all that. Thanks i managed to get em out though I only replaced the lower o-rings on all of em the upper one was fine. Got the caps in with the socket method.
