Assuming you have the patience (and leather gloves) to pull the injectors, that should be MUCH easier. Take em out, refresh all the o-rings and caps, grease them (lots) with dielectric or vaseline or some other clean/clear petrolium grease/gel, and pop them in. You have to take out manifold bolts otherwise..... don't want to risk breaking that gasket, then you have a WHOLE mess of work on your hands.

Yeah i had all that. Thanks i managed to get em out though I only replaced the lower o-rings on all of em the upper one was fine. Got the caps in with the socket method.
