s13 Rust in coolant system

Just pulled a S14 KA 155 cold all cylinders 180 with a little oil. There is some rust in the coolant system from the previous older lady running water instead of coolant. Just wanted to ask how would I flush it all out?

there are some cleansers, but be careful, if any is left in the system it eats the engine too...rins and repeat...or run coolant filter like diesels

Not a bad idea to run a coolant filter. I've flushed my coolant system about 8months ago and seeing rust particulates in the system again. I'll probably incorporate the coolant filter. Thanks for this.

and in the future, ONLY use demineralized water in your radiator, never tap water
(yes, you should use a glycol antifreeze in addition, not straight demin water. Mix ratio varies by location and weather conditions)

Fill with ONLY water, run engine. pull the lowe rrad hose at the radiator. drain refill run. and use water so you can just let it pour onto the ground. keep reflushing l;ike 3-4 times
