When you putting it back on the dyno? Curious to see what happens.. compression. Ratio probably dropped quite a bit.

Did you remove the pads for any paticular reason? Any detonation issues Prior?

I still have mine, I'm running 30lbs and made 760whp on my RB25 with rb26 head.

Well the main reason I removed them was in 6 cyl was damaged by spark plug tip so to get rid of it I had to cut them out.

Idk I'm guessing it had a weak tip. I use NGK race plugs. They are expensive I think I paid $40 each

those are the ones with the really small electrode on the end right? should just stick with some Iridiums they work great. They a wide variety of heat ranges and they are a resistor plug.

Those are also non resistor plugs, ive seen non resistor plugs cause lots of issues with datalogging EMS issues...

No. Seems real good.

But having some major power issues and can't figure it out. The issues is after driving the car for a lil bit the car looses battery voltage. So I replaced the alternator I had 3 of them replaced and the issue was blowing amp in the alternator. I bought a 200 amp one put it in and the system seems to be working go for a drive and the will run but seems the battery will not stay charged. I replace the battery then 5 min later turned car off and car will not start cuz battery is dead. WTF

Need to start diagnosis the circuit that controls the alternator, should be the same as a normal S chassis.

We can gladly assist you with this as we have them in stock and ready to go if you need a harness for the car.

On a side note, we have a rb30 s14 (its my personal car) so if you have any questions about it I can gladly help you with any struggles along that line too

Yes I'm having a horrible time with figuring out why I keep blowing my alternators no matter what size or brand. I checked all the connections to it and they test good for connection
