My ATI Super Damper seems to have different pulley sizes than the stock crank damper/pulley. I don't know if this is normal or if I may have gotten the wrong one, (I got it thru FRsport).

I have had to buy a new power steering belt because of this and it looks like the water pump/alternator belt will not work either.

Now I am starting to get concerned about under-driving them because the crank pulleys are a bit smaller...

Has anyone else dealt with this problem?

To update this for all to reference: S14 SR20DET w/ATI pulley (newer under-driven one)
PS: 3PK860 is ideal. 3PK855 will also work no problem and is more common (Gen 2 Prius PS belt)
AC: 4pk880 - same as stock
Water/Alt: 5PK920 is ideal. 5PK918 is more common and is tough to get on, 5pk925 works but with Quest alternator conversion mine was a hair off of the stock low pressure PS return line, so I went with a 5PK920.

So since I'm thinking about it. The ATI damper underdrives everything.
I have a Yashio Factory water pump pulley that also underdrives the water pump. Would combining these two be "too much" underdrive on the water pump? Or would it probably be fine or even more beneficial.

should be able to use the s14 one...under driving I have never seen one that is to much, my uncle uses a really slow electric pump on his mustang...cant turn more than 20rpm...but flows enough to keep things cool...check your temps after you run it and you will find out!

The first number should be number of ribs. Second number is length. So if you have a 4pk880 and you need another rib, ask for 5pk880

I think the best method would be to try it.

There are tons of variables involved like where you live, what season it is, if your car is a daily or track only, if you have good ducting, etc.

If that setup allows you to reach operating temps, and keeps the car cool when flogged, then I'd say go with it. If it stays cold, switch back to an OEM size water pump pulley.

My only worry would be being too underdriven at idle, and possibly lead to overheating
