Ka24det Unknown Constant Power

Just bolted my turbo kit up to my Ka24de. Plugged in the AEM V2 standalone and it is supplying constant power (with the ignition off, no key in ignition) to my gauge cluster. This does not happen at all when I plug my regular ecu back in. Is there some wire re-pin I missed? Someone mentioned it is something up with my main relay output ... Any thoughts? The ECU should be plug and play, and the install had minimal wire "tinkering" all I have done is spliced in a MAP sensor, wideband, and re-pinned the MAP sensor per a NICOCLUB How-to....

I just dont understand what changes from the stock ecu to the AEM that could cause the constant source of power...
