Raising PBM coilovers

(I have raised and lowered coilovers before as a disclaimer)
When I got my new PBM coilovers a few months ago I tried lowering the fronts but they wouldn't go while they were on the car I had to go through the pain of taking them off. Now I am changing my set up a little bit and was wondering if anyone had any ideas to why they did that. Don't wanna take em off again and again as time comes to change set ups. Thanks!

All you gotta do it loosen the lock nut the locks against the knuckle bracket and then just grabe the coilover spring with both hands and spin it and it will lower or raise. Depends witch way you spin it
