The only thing I can find as far as part number is in one of the pictures. 0M59. Other than that it doesn't say nismo anywhere on it. When I first bought this diff second hand I googled nismo 0m59 and found people find these in their skylines. Maybe a older factory option for them seeing as they use r200's too? As far as mileage I can't give you an accurate number. Its been in my s13 for 3 years with about 20,000 miles driving and about 6-7 drift events. Still works perfect like the day I installed it.

It makes your typical tight turn clunks which can turn heads, but I didn't find it a problem.
