S13 No Start After Winter!

My KA-T has been sitting all winter, put the charged battery in, fuel was stabilized when last ran. Car just cranks with no start, there is some smell of fuel. I think it might be flooding? also where is the oem fpr ? Should i try cranking for longer to get oil going ? Spark plugs are kinda oily.

Ok checked for spark today, tried different plugs and different wires, none of the cylinders have spark. Coil issue ?
