I was on z1 motorsports and i cannot find a uncut key for the 240, but they have a whole lot of 300zx keys... will these fit a 240 keyhole?

why not just use teh googles, and order yourself a 240 key? you can get blanks for like $6. most hardware stores carry them.

Go to lowe's and get a key made for a few bucks. Pretty simple.

Some locksmiths treat them are they were regular brass/aluminum keys.
If they have a carbide cutting wheel. If would cut just fine.
If not they should do 2-3 light passes when cutting.

The plastic OEM red 300ZX keys are the valet key.
The grooves are different on the key.

240sx keys are good jigglers for 300z's and frontiers and sentras and nx1600/2000's and 200sx's lol. Basically they all use the same key.
