I don't drift at all, to be honest. I try really hard to never exceed 4000 RPM... it's 100% legit bone stock, except for my sticker'd up wink mirror ;P haha! Also, recently my timing chain started to rattle. It leaks a little oil, and over-heats occasionally haha, but it's one hell of a daily driver. As a matter-of fact, I JUST removed the OEM Speakers LOL! Still have the OEM Pignose lip too, etc, etc. I am, however, missing my rear wiper!!! GAH! Those fucking thieves, haha j/k. BUT -- Coming this summer is the big s13 Black Top SR swap! Woot! I am going to keep my dash cluster though so i can continue my trek! Oh and just for fun, I'm just a few miles short of going to the moon and back! haha! |

My 90 hatch has 216k on the chassis. Most of the drivetrain/suspension/brake system has been replaced though.
^Use Nufinish? Car looks great. Are you going to paint the new hood and bumper cover? |

I myself am heading to the 200K range (198K), my other friend is boosting a single cam @ 230K &, a another member/buddy of mine is at 320K with his stock KA. It's never seen the track but he's pushed his KA pretty hard.
Eventually I will go with an SR swap though. |

I'm at well over 300K on the chassis. 4th engine.
Stock KA-E died from metal shavings in the pan thanks to the timing chain guide wearing through (sounds like the OP may be getting this too, so swap out that guide out before it's too late) Second KA-E was replaced with a DOHC 5-speed transplant from a parts car KA-DE's head gasket popped during a late night excursion into the mountains, and has since been replaced with an SR. The frame's straight as an arrow, no rust... Just needs new bushings/suspension and she'll drive like a brand new car. |

I dont have any pics of the car right now, but it's in 8/10 condition all the way through. NO zip ties, no crashes no smashes, no ... anyhting, lol. STILL on OEM Teardrops!! haha... Maroon, Pignose hatch - 5spd. Honestly, ive only had it for about 6 months. I bought it from this guy's little shop for 1300. He, apparently, bought it from the original owner down in vacaville CA and did a head gasket job. Since I've bought it, it's needed and alternator, a new battery, a thermostat, a timing chain, a radiator, and ... gas. lol

258k dual cam coupe. Original motor, transmission was converted from auto to manual at about the 220k mark.
It sounds like it could 'splode at any second but I drive the piss out of it anyway lol.
