do you have a gauge? how do you know your fuel pressure is adjusted properly? start with the basics...

i have a fuel/air ratio gauge.. the gauge reads from 13.0-15.0 when it was normal it was reading
12.0-12.5

and my car is running alil rich but doesnt throw black smoke, just alil smell of gas.. but when it idles i look at my gauge and it says 13.5,13.7,13.5 then again 13.7 then when the rpms are around 1,300 it drops up and down ffrom 1300 -1000 rpm then stops and goes back to normal..

but car SPUTTERS RETARDED WHEN I PUNCH THE GAS

then when i start spooling and giving it full throttle the car sputters and as if the car isnt going nowhere it goes burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and doesnt pick up boost unless i let go of the throttle alil then it picks up

Boost leaks, dirty IACV, improperly adjust fuel pressure, could be a bunch of things

sounds like you have multiple problems. start at the beginning. check your plug gaps, look for boost leaks, set base fuel pressure, time the engine properly, look at your o2 sensor

if u read what i responded the first time i edited it to show u what my ratios are..

i already checked for boost leaks and vaccum leaks and nothing then i had a exhaust leak so i checked that i also checked my injectors but not my spark plugs i will do that sometime this weekend..

do u know what can be the problem of my car sputtering when hitting boost?

Your fuel pressure is not your air fuel ratio... You need a gauge on the return side of your fuel rail to see what PSI fuel pressure you are running. You cannot adjust fuel pressure without a PSI guage.

Your Air fuel ratio is lean, and you need to richen it up. 12.5:1 is not a safe in boost reading.

What RPM does this sputter happen? at idle if you unplug your MAF does it stay steady? You also need to adjust your idle to around 850rpms.

It also sounds like you need to do alittle bit of research to understand what the hell fuel pressure is, what air fuel ratio's are and how they correlate to your engine, and basic information about your car and how to work on it...

It's sputters around 4k rpms, then I release the pedal alil and it spools good.. And yes when I disconnect it the car sputters then shuts off

Actaully you need a gauge on the feed side or more specific before the regulator, Some are on the regulator therefore it's still before the return side, The return line is low pressure.
I like mine before the rail after the filter, just me!

I know where he needs it. I have one on my regulator, which is the "return" line from the rail. But I should've specified for him.

The best gauge for you would be an inline gauge before the rail after the filter, if you have a nismo type a. If you have the type b, you can put it just before the regulator or before the rail after filter.

Adjusting your regulator with out a gauge is considered testing, Get your favorite nail polish or marker draw a line on the adjusting bolt, down over the fpr top-hat. Make small adjustments then drive; to see if your theory is correct. If there aren't any changes, put it back.

The gauge should read 0-100psi and the inline T piece should fit the hose type you intend to use.

Have you replaced your fuel filter? Is your FPR hooked up to a proper vacuum source in the throttle body? Did you spray carb cleaner or something equivalent to check for vacuum leaks?

You need a gauge to see what the fuel pressure is. That should be your top priority right now.

Trying anything that has been recommended is his top priority. The car isn't going to fix itself and we aren't going to hold your hand. Get and FSM and do some reading. Go out to said car, lift hood and start getting your hands dirty. You need to attempt something other than complaining about it and let us know what you find out after you attempt those things.
