rasty r34 bumper reshaping
So i have a Rasty r34 bumper from rhd japan, i have had laying around for a couple of years now and I cant get rid of it. I have had a couple of buyers and by couple, I mean just two buyers, that have showed interest but they live out of state. Its too much of a hassle to ship and frankly don't have the slightest idea about how to go about it, also....im lazy when it comes to things like that. So i have decided to embark on a long and perilous journey of reshaping it.
how the bumper looks right now (general picture) its too much going for my taste, too fast and furious-y side profile the bumper really doesnt flow with the car imho what i plan on doing (marvel at my awesome compute skills) basically cut the "lip" off, make a bigger amber light hole and shave the corners off to make flow with the body more. side pretty much like an aero bumper look but slightly more aggresive pretty much have and idea about how i want it but im open to suggestions and ideas (so open up the flood gates) both positive and negative. |

i agree....i have had it laying around, just messing with it and see if would look good or make it work, for me or for someone else. no one wants it so why not just mess with it and see what happens. i plan on getting an aero bumper from dorki dori in the future so...why not. ive seen worse things. like that white car on the doing it wrong thread.......

just leave it, if you want an aero bumper then buy an aero bumper.
As the others said it looks good as is.

Do whatever you want, but take the path of least resistance.
Meaning, if you want an aero bumper, buy one instead of using your time and effort on the Rasty bumper. |

You have a pretty cool/rare bumper. Don't go through tonnes of effort to make it look like everyone elses.
Agree with the above; the bumper looks good.

I'd also like to throw in there unless you're very comfortable with custom fiberglass modifications I'd give you a 9/10 chance to fuck it up and a 9/10 chance of the bumper being dumpster worthy at the end

I am very interested in buying that Rasty if you still have it. I have been trying to get one for a few months now but are very rare. That is the closest bumper I can find for the project I am starting January. Let me know if you still want to sell.
